   This was once where the Wulao Stream runoff into the ocean, but the major flood of July 1968 changed everything. The terrain had flattened, watercourse altered, and water volume dropped sharply. Today this area is known as the Ho-Be Harbor (harbor behind the wall), a place rich is aquatic species due to its thick shelter of windbreak trees, where more than 180 migrating birds visit every year.
